Digital Product Sales & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

Your purchase provides a license to access the Marriage Yap Conversation Cards digital experience. No physical product is shipped.

2. Immediate Access

After Stripe confirms payment and your purchase is verified, your license is provisioned and you can verify your purchase email to access the deck. Because access can be delivered immediately, the sale is considered final once the purchase is completed.

3. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of use, accidental purchase after checkout confirmation, or dissatisfaction after digital access has been delivered. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Billing or Access Problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or cannot access the product because of a technical issue, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be handled accordingly.

5. License Access

Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated purchases may result in suspension or revocation of the associated digital license.

6. Purchase Acknowledgment

Before entering Stripe Checkout, purchasers must acknowledge that they are buying a digital product with immediate access and agree to this Digital Product Sales & Refund Policy.
